Santo Domingo, Oct (SF) .- The emotional conflicts of women could become diseases often avoidable if they learn to listen to their body, as warned by gynecologist and sex therapist Lilliam Fondeur at the conference “Release and Live”.
According to the specialist, the new times force women to multiple tasks: at home, work and universities that prevent them from hearing what their body says “and the body is wise and has multiple languages,” he argues.
The conference, aimed at women between 25 and 70 years, teaches to bring to the fore the vital space, enjoyment, pleasure and well-being of women as a form of fulfillment.
Dr. Fondeur said that seeing life without taboos, and the myths rooted throughout the ages, helps the woman to live fully.
In the conference “Release and Live” the issues were also addressed: overloads that get sick, emotions and our senses, healthy relationships, prevention is healing, pleasure and enjoyment as part of our health, among others.
